Shipping policy

Furniture from the online store (except for the products listed below): Ready for delivery in 10 to 12 weeks.

Products in the fast delivery category (all Baco products, wall shelves, cutting boards, butcher blocks): Ready for delivery in 10 to 15 days.

Custom-made furniture: Ready for delivery in 10 to 12 weeks.

AllWood Workshop maintains a limited inventory; each piece of furniture is unique and prepared based on the order. This is why our manufacturing times may vary between 8 and 10 weeks.

Deliveries are then organized by sector. Remote regions may be scheduled 2 to 3 weeks after production is completed.

Please note that it is not possible to provide an exact delivery date until the order is completed.

White-Glove Delivery: From the start, this has been our delivery method: we deliver, unpack, assemble, and place the furniture exactly where you want it in your home. Finally, we inspect everything and take the packaging with us. We love seeing your reactions 🙂

Zero-waste packaging as much as possible (blankets and straps)

Before delivery, we kindly ask you to:

• Inform or guide us on the most efficient way to make the delivery.
• Prepare the space and remove any existing furniture and accessories.
• Clear snow and ensure safe access to the entrance and stairs for our delivery team.

Workshop Pickup:

You may pick up your order at our workshop by appointment during the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Or as per other arrangements.

Packaged with foam and plastic wrap.

We kindly ask you to ensure your order fits in your vehicle and to bring your own protective materials (blankets, cardboard, etc.). We will not be held responsible for any damages caused during transport.

We consider that placing your order indicates you are ready to receive it. Therefore, please notify us if you wish to delay the delivery (e.g., for a move, new construction, or renovations) to avoid overcrowding our storage space. A fee of $25 per furniture piece per week may apply if we need to store your order for more than 15 days after contacting you for delivery.

Installation fees vary based on the complexity of the project and delivery location.
