We take pride in our products and guarantee that everything that leaves our workshop meets the highest industry standards, is thoroughly inspected, and meets our quality standards.

We strive to select the finest pieces of wood possible; knots and imperfections are part of the wood’s natural character.

Each piece of furniture is unique and different.

You Have the Right to Change Your Mind!

You can cancel or modify an order free of charge up to 10 days after placing it.

Procedure: Contact customer service by email, mentioning your order number, and wait for our confirmation within 5 days. You will be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 days to receive your payment.

Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority!

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee following the receipt of your order. A refund will be issued after inspection. The furniture must be in its original condition (no scratches, marks, or stains).

Procedure: Contact customer service by email, mentioning your order number, and we will get back to you within 5 days to understand the reason for your dissatisfaction and arrange for the furniture's return and refund.

Certain conditions apply:

  • Transportation fees will be charged (the same as those for your delivery).
  • Minimum $105.
  • If the item was picked up from our workshop or delivered by an external carrier, you must return the furniture at your expense. Once it reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, a refund will be processed via the original payment method (please allow up to 10 days).
  • No refunds for furniture affected by a manufacturing defect; we will replace or repair it.
  • No return or refund is possible on custom furniture except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • No refunds on discounted or promotional items (the manufacturer's warranty still applies).
  • The warranty does not apply to certain commercial orders or those involving a significant quantity of items.
  • If the furniture has signs of wear (scratches, marks, stains, etc.), a reconditioning fee of $150 will be charged, allowing you to return the item nonetheless. The evaluation remains at our discretion.

Promotional Items:

The law does not require us to apply discounts on orders placed before the start of a promotion.

However, we still choose to grant you the discount if your order was placed within 10 days before the promotion.
