The AllWood factory has a limited inventory, each piece of furniture is unique and prepared according to the order. This is why our manufacturing times can vary from 10 to 12 weeks.

Please note that it is not possible to predict a specific delivery date until the order is completed.

White glove delivery: Since our beginnings, this is the delivery method we have offered, that is to say that we deliver, unpack, assemble and place the furniture(s) where you want them in your home. Finally, we inspect everything and leave with our packaging. We love to see your reactions 🙂

Before delivery you are asked to:

1. Inform us or guide us on the most efficient way to make the delivery.
2. Prepare the space and remove existing furniture and accessories.
3. Clear snow and clear the entrance and stairs for the safety of our delivery people.

Workshop pick-up:

It is possible for you to pick up your order in the workshop by appointment according to the following schedule:

• Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• According to another agreement.

We ask that you ensure your order fits in the vehicle and bring your own protective material (blankets, cardboard, etc.). We will not be responsible for any damage caused during transport.

We consider that if you place your order, you are ready to receive it, which is why we ask you to notify us if you wish to receive your furniture later (moving, new construction or work) in order to avoid cluttering our warehouse. A fee of $25/furniture/week may apply if we have to keep your order more than 15 days after we contact you for delivery.
