Wood is a material that reacts to its environment, so it is impossible to predict how the furniture will react in your home. Temperature, humidity and light are elements that can create movements in the wood or small changes in your furniture (cracking, slight curve in a top, change of color). This is completely normal and these phenomena are not covered by the warranty.
We try to choose the most beautiful pieces of wood possible, knots and imperfections are characteristic of the wood. From one board to another, the color and grain may vary.
We fill any small knots or imperfections on the top of the furniture with epoxy, but the bottom of the furniture will be left in its natural state.
Each piece of furniture is unique and different.

Contact customer service by email mentioning your order number, we will contact you within 5 days to evaluate the problem with you. If the order was picked up in the workshop or delivered by an external carrier, you will have to return the furniture at your expense.
No refunds are given for a warranty. Depending on the production's decision, we will exchange or repair your furniture.
Production times of 4 to 8 weeks are to be expected.
The transportation of goods to be replaced or repaired is at the expense of the manufacturer when the customer has chosen delivery when initially purchasing the furniture. If the defective goods were picked up at the warehouse at the time of purchase, the organization of transportation and the costs related to the transportation of the goods to be replaced or repaired will be the responsibility of the customer.
