Step 1: Share your idea with us.
Are you moving, renovating or simply need a change of scenery? We need some information to guide you through our products and services.
Using custom- made furniture or furniture from our collection , we can also furnish your individual or collaborative workspaces or commercial spaces such as a boutique, café or restaurant. Here is the first information to provide by email in order to receive a quote.


  1. Your name, telephone number and delivery area
  2. A short description of the piece of furniture or project
  3. A sketch and/or an inspiration image to help us understand your idea
  4. The approximate dimensions or number of people to be seated if it is a dining table
  5. A photo of the room or location where the piece of furniture will go.
  6. Measurement required?
  7. Delivery and/or installation required?
  8. A desired delivery date

And there you have it, we will get back to you with our questions and a quote within the next 48 hours.


Step 2: Receiving the quote and ordering
Following receipt of the quote, you will certainly have questions so do not hesitate to write to us or call us .

You can order samples via this link if you are torn between our different wood species offered. We can also meet you in the showroom by appointment. Once you accept the quote, we will send you an order form and we ask for a 50% deposit for custom projects.


Step 3: The Plan

When your deposit is received, your project is on schedule and we begin the first workshop drawings.

Within +/- 2 weeks, you will receive plans containing all the details discussed. It will be essential to properly validate the measurements, materials and assembly.

Changes are made if necessary.

You must approve this quote in writing before we can begin production.


Step 4: Manufacturing

During the following weeks, we will work on the manufacturing of your project. The cabinetmakers, welders, and painter-finishers will work together to implement your dream piece of furniture.

When the manufacturing is complete, the quality control team inspects everything, puts all the pieces together and performs a final assembly.

Step 5: Delivery/Installation

This is the stage where we contact you to schedule delivery and installation if applicable. We set the date and a time slot together. On the day of our arrival, we ask that you prepare and clear the space to safely and efficiently accommodate our team.

We assemble the furniture and place it wherever you want (+/- 30 minutes).

If we do an installation, we will need to plan for 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the project. Finally, we clean up and leave with our packaging.
